Requirements

  • Knowledge of IT systems: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Internet
  • Professional sales experience and/or a dental/healthcare background (experience in healthcare and beauty care product sales or qualified as a Registered Dental Hygienist preferred but not required)
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel on the job
  • Reside in or willing to personally relocate to the territory (Nebraska and SW Iowa, ideally Omaha; no full financial relocation assistance)
  • Ideally, Dental/Oral care sales, Healthcare sales, Pharmaceutical sales, Consumer Goods, and/or Science background (all sales backgrounds encouraged)

Responsibilities

  • Represent Crest, Oral-B, and Procter & Gamble to Dental Health Professionals as the critical first point of contact in the field
  • Drive usage and recommendation of products amongst Dental Health Professionals in the assigned territory
  • Collaborate with manager to develop/implement strategies and business plans that deliver sales and volume targets
  • Develop expertise in product knowledge, persuasive selling, and technical support
