Requirements

1-2 years’ experience in sales administration or supply chain management
Experience with SAP or other ERPs
Proficiency with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts), SQL is a plus
Keen aptitude for AI tools and programming environments
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities; insight and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Independence and sound decision making
Flexible and proactive
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply chain Management, or other relevant discipline
Based in Boston, MA office (hybrid, requiring 3 days onsite)

Responsibilities

Optimize the order-to-cash process: Receive, validate, and process customer purchase orders using ERP system (SAP ByDesign)
Coordinate shipments with logistics partners, ensuring on-time delivery and accurate tracking
Prepare and issue invoices, credit memos, and other sales documents
Manage product returns and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
Maintain and regularly update pricing structures and product catalogs
Document, maintain, and optimize operational procedures
Identify process bottlenecks and propose practical solutions to streamline the operational process
Collaborate with the France operations and platform team to implement digital and AI-driven tools that enhance efficiency
Proactively collaborate with Sales, Sales Planning, Logistics, and Finance teams to support business objectives
Process and handle orders, dealing with online Retailers directly or through EDI systems
Support the sales team operations to support the overall objective of the business
Identify opportunities for improvement in the sales operations and systems to ensure greater efficiency, with a strong focus on using AI and coding tools to automate and streamline core processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with diverse global teams
