Responsibilities

The Sales Operations Manager will partner with the Central Regional Vice President and Sales Directors to support sales leaders in driving governance and sales execution. They will build and run the sales operations strategy, connecting and analyzing data to build predictive models for sales efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities include recommending actions based on data analysis, designing and facilitating operational reporting, and preparing strategic and tactical reports. The role involves monitoring and optimizing sales performance, identifying and diagnosing problem areas, and defining KPIs for the sales organization. Additionally, the manager will translate business objectives into actionable analysis, tie quotas to pipeline needs, build and automate reporting, evaluate sales tools for ROI, and collaborate on coverage models and hiring plans. They will also assist in regional planning for annual growth, identify and clean up territory and account data, model sales territory scenarios, and provide sales management information including forecasting and pipeline data.
