CrowdStrike is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our Central European Sales Operations team. This individual will be a go-to business partner for our European Sales organisation. The successful candidate will partner with the Central Regional Vice President and their Regional Sales Directors to support Sales Leaders to drive governance, sales execution, and best practices, leveraging consistent tools & methodologies. Effectively building out new processes, strategic planning, report on key metrics, forecasting, assist Sales with quoting (CPQ) and complex deal execution, onboard new sales reps, identify improvement areas and advocate for sales into the wider Global Sales Operation Organisation.

This is a remote role but the candidate needs to be located in Germany to be considered.

What You'll Do

Build and Run Sales Operations Strategy

  • Connect and analyze structured and unstructured data to build predictive models that will help drive sales efficiency and effectiveness, maximize customer success and optimize monetization.
  • Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making informed decisions based off of trends, seasonal variance, etc.

Operational Reporting

  • Prepare, provide and support operational, strategic & tactical reporting as required by business stakeholders.
  • Design, facilitate and manage new reporting requests.

Monitor & Optimize Sales Performance

  • Identify effectiveness of teams by comparing and analysing actual results with plans & forecasts to improve sales productivity.
  • Proactively identify problem areas, diagnose and work with Sr. leadership to correct.
  • Define KPIs for CrowdStrike Sales Organization - ‘If it isn’t measured, it doesn’t matter’.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable analysis.
  • Tie quotas for business segments back to pipeline needed, back to activity needed to generate pipeline.
  • Build, maintain & automate weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting using next-gen tools.
  • Perform ad hoc reporting & analysis.

Annual Operating Plan, Sales Territory & Resource Planning

  • Collaborate with EMEA Sales Operations leader, Finance and Sales Executives to plan coverage models and hiring plans.
  • Assist in the development, creation, and implementation of Regional planning for annual growth.
  • Identify and clean up territory and customer/prospect account data.
  • Assist in modelling and analyzing sales territory scenarios.

Drive ‘Rhythm of the Sales Business’

  • Provision of sales management information including regular sales forecasting, pipeline data and activity.
