Requirements

Responsibilities
- Customer service mainly by email
- Quoting and order management (from quote to invoice)
- Various back office administrative tasks
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of customers' portfolio of products
- Creation of potential offers
- Assistance to customers
- Actively follow sales cases and orders until execution
- Contact with internal sales teams, resellers in the Spanish region, and serve as first contact point to vendors
- Work closely with colleagues in Spain
