Responsibilities

Customer service mainly by email
Quoting and order management (from quote to invoice)
Various back office administrative tasks
Maintain in-depth knowledge of customers' portfolio of products
Creation of potential offers
Assistance to customers
Actively follow sales cases and orders until execution
Contact with internal sales teams, resellers in the Spanish region, and serve as first contact point to vendors
Work closely with colleagues in Spain
