Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, and in B2B sales environment
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, especially with pulling reports, creating dashboards, and managing cases
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) skills
  • Proficient in Tableau Desktop (or similar BI tool)
  • Experience with sales enablement tools (Salesloft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales teams with data and analytics to help them discover insights within their territories
  • Create reports and dashboards that help sales leaders and sales reps increase their pipelines and hit their revenue targets
  • Partner with sales leaders to identify areas of opportunity, making recommendations to solve complex business problems, and partnering with teams to build high-level sales strategies and projects
  • Guide and implement best practices in use of Salesforce.com
  • Enforce and maintain data quality and accuracy in Salesforce.com
  • Support sales with applicable communications such as newsletters and email updates
  • Support sellers in adoption of sales tools
