Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly conveying complex information in a concise manner
  • Experience in supporting VC operations and familiarity with order review and contract validation processes

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and implementation of territory realignment initiatives that maximize market opportunities and balance workloads across teams
  • Utilize Salesforce and other tools to monitor territory performance and account engagement while ensuring data is accurate, consistent, and actionable in all platforms
  • Review purchase orders & validate contracts, promos & pricing to ensure adherence to company policies and sales agreements
  • Support VC Operations by validating orders, POS calculation, pay & territory ownership disputes
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, and legal, to align sales strategies with broader business objectives
  • Develop and deliver regular reports that provide insights into territory performance, assignment efficiency, and market trends, supporting strategic decision-making
  • Support the development and execution of strategic sales initiatives, including budget planning, forecasting & pipeline tracking
  • Assist Finance with reports on Sales Target & monthly performance
