Requirements
1-3 years of proven B2B sales experience selling user acquisition or performance-focused solutions within AdTech, DSP, Mobile Ad Networks, or similar platforms
Deep familiarity with the mobile app growth landscape and key UA decision-makers
Exceptional ability to secure large-scale UA budgets and cultivate long-term, high-value partnerships

Responsibilities
Develop and manage high-level sales relationships with mobile growth leaders, user acquisition managers, and performance marketing budget holders at international companies
Proactively close and negotiate contracts for UA campaigns, focusing on performance metrics like CPI, CPA, and ROAS, including defining campaign terms, securing budgets, and articulating the clear business value of the platform
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by employing efficient lead generation, proactive outreach, and strategic networking within the mobile app ecosystem
Identify significant upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand UA budgets with existing key partners based on successful performance
Operate effectively in a dynamic, target-driven environment with a relentless focus on exceeding measurable sales and revenue targets
Aggressively expand the international portfolio of app developers and mobile advertisers, securing high-value, strategic UA budgets, and establishing long-term, profitable partnerships
