A proven track record of hiring and onboarding new sales reps who become top performers, along with the ability to coach and support their career growth, is essential. Experience in leading a Business Development Representative (BDR) team and a strong understanding of the EMEA market are also required.
The Sales Manager will be accountable for the revenue results of the Startup and BDR segment in EMEA, focusing the team on high-impact activities and partnering with Marketing on pipeline generation. Key responsibilities include owning segment revenue, providing consistent coaching to sales reps to help them reach their full potential, and building high-quality teams through effective hiring and onboarding. This role also involves leading the BDR team to ensure alignment with the sales strategy and drive lead generation efforts.
