Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK asset management sales or distribution, preferably across advisory and wealth channels
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets
  • Knowledge of the Northern UK wealth and IFA landscape (highly desirable)
  • Understanding of FCA regulation, platforms, and Consumer Duty
  • Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify business opportunities
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently across a broad geography
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Northern UK region
  • Manage relationships with IFAs and wealth managers
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver client-focused campaigns, events, and presentations
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver against sales targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with advisers and intermediaries
  • Provide high-quality service, support, and reporting to clients to drive retention and satisfaction
  • Deliver key messages and market insights to clients, strengthening Jupiter’s brand credibility
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regional developments
  • Provide intelligence to inform product positioning, sales strategy, and distribution initiatives
  • Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and reporting requirements
