Minimum 3 years’ experience in UK asset management sales or distribution, preferably across advisory and wealth channels
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales targets
Knowledge of the Northern UK wealth and IFA landscape (highly desirable)
Understanding of FCA regulation, platforms, and Consumer Duty
Excellent relationship-building and client management skills
Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify business opportunities
Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently across a broad geography
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across the Northern UK region
Manage relationships with IFAs and wealth managers
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to deliver client-focused campaigns, events, and presentations
Maintain a strong pipeline and deliver against sales targets and KPIs
Build and maintain long-term relationships with advisers and intermediaries
Provide high-quality service, support, and reporting to clients to drive retention and satisfaction
Deliver key messages and market insights to clients, strengthening Jupiter’s brand credibility
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regional developments
Provide intelligence to inform product positioning, sales strategy, and distribution initiatives
Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and internal policies
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and reporting requirements
