Requirements

  • Higher education in business, finance or economics
  • Proven success of at least 5 years of professional experience in the financial industry, ideally with experience in the asset management industry
  • Willing and able to travel
  • Excellent knowledge of the Latam asset management industry and trends
  • Experience in presenting to large audiences
  • Creative and imaginative
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to build on strong commercial skills
  • Able to work independently yet a team player
  • Business fluent in both Spanish and English
  • Committed to successfully complete an industry recognised qualification
  • Ability to work under pressure to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, well organised
  • Good PC knowledge with strong analytical skills
  • Experience in using Sales Force and Morningstar Direct is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Act as day-to-day client contact, including principal contact for designated clients
  • Build, develop and maintain strong relationships with selected clients
  • Development of a relationship network with the client
  • Drafting of a client map
  • Managing of joint marketing and distribution activities
  • Thorough assessment of the clients’ needs resulting in unsurpassed, continuously improving client service
  • Liaise closely with the sales teams responsible and with the marketing department
  • Actively contribute to further develop Fidelity’s LatAm business to support, achieve and secure long-term business growth
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to come up with creative marketing ideas i.e. for road shows or joint marketing campaigns with key clients
  • Achieve net sales targets within your client group
