Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in FMCG/FMCH management with proven success leading internal and external sales teams
  • Strong background in developing and executing commercial and channel strategies
  • Advanced forecasting and data analysis capabilities

  • Experience analyzing channel partners’ net sales and sales-out data, and implementing corrective actions to meet targets

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the 2024–2026 Sales Roadmap to drive long-term growth
  • Develop and execute a strong channel approach across Mass Market and Pharmacy segments
  • Take full responsibility for achieving sales targets, delivering accurate forecasts, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction
  • Consistently meet ambitious goals for Sales In, Sales Out, and Stock in Trade across all channels
  • Ensure excellence in forecasting accuracy, distribution metrics (NDI, WDI), % GtN, and in-trade execution
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable plans to achieve objectives
  • Work closely with Marketing, Trade/Customer Marketing, NRM, and SFE teams to drive consumption growth
  • Promote team development and encourage the use of performance and growth tools
  • Manage external sales teams effectively
  • Oversee partner relationships across channels, including selection and performance evaluation
  • Lead strategic account programs and optimize trade spend
