Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customer acquisition strategies to drive revenue growth by optimizing the performance of SDRs and AEs
  • Track team performance using precise KPIs (conversion rates, sales cycle, lead volume, etc.) and take action to meet or exceed targets
  • Lead efforts to convert high-volume inbound leads into sales, ensuring SDRs and AEs are equipped to handle an average of 70+ sales and 400+ calls per month
  • Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the sales process, ensuring the team maintains an effective and streamlined sales pipeline with close collaboration with Ops and Growth teams
  • Ensure full utilization of CRM and other sales tools to automate repetitive tasks, maximizing time spent on high-value sales activities
  • Set and monitor productivity metrics for each team member to ensure maximum performance, particularly in managing high-volume inbound leads
  • Leverage AI to enhance sales processes, improving lead qualification, conversion, and sales acceleration
  • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of SDRs and AEs, ensuring their professional development and skill enhancement
  • Actively participate in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members, ensuring a smooth integration into a high-performance environment
  • Foster a culture of performance, collaboration, and sharing best practices within the team
