Requirements

  • Currently studying in Business School or an academic equivalent and on the way to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (Master 1 / Master 2 recommended) from a university
  • Available for a 6-month internship starting early 2026
  • Seeking a formative job with high responsibilities that will provide adequate skills and deep knowledge of this position
  • Interested in getting trained in corporate tools such as SAP
  • Dutch or French speaking (as per job title)
  • Master the Microsoft Office Pack with solid skills in Excel
  • Preferred: Previous professional experience in Sales or Marketing
  • Preferred: Developed good customer relationships as well as an analytical and synthetic vision
  • Preferred: Knowledge in Power BI is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and accurate Sales Master Data Management (Products, promos)
  • Ensure correct and timely set-up of promo planning in the forecasting system
  • Ensure timely official mailing to customers (Innovations, sampling, code/price changes)
  • Assist in the orders’ logistical monitoring and products’ after-sales service
  • Prepare customer meetings related to business negotiations and brand promotion
  • Support in building the Sales plan for 2026 (bottom-up)
  • Analyze clients’ sell-in/sell-out to help the KAM in strategic decision-making
  • Automate key monthly reporting
  • Supports a Key Account Manager (KAM) and provides assistance for their retailers to further develop brands in the oral care department
  • Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Customer Service, and the Category Manager
