Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and project support to the Front Desk and larger Sales Team
  • Support gallery openings and events across all David Zwirner NYC locations
  • Act as a gallery attendant, ensuring the security and presentation of artwork
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the public, answering questions about current exhibitions and the gallery's programming
  • Support the shipping, receiving, and distribution of mail and packages across all NY locations
  • Prepare materials for client viewings and assist with client book mailings as requested
  • Maintain and update internal resource documents
  • Routinely restock supplies, including staff kitchens
  • Ensure the pristine appearance of workstations
