Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or comparable qualification
  • At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Commercial Analytics, Sales Intelligence, or similarly analytical environment
  • Analytical mindset and strong understanding of systems, data, and KPIs, particularly Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce.com
  • Ability to understand both business goals and technical requirements and act as a bridge between the two worlds
  • Proactive approach to engaging with stakeholders and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration, e.g., managing data-driven projects

Responsibilities

  • Identify areas for action and make recommendations for the Lead Management & Data Quality EMEA team, including lead scoring, lead effectiveness, or conversion optimization
  • Roll out Next Best Action in the UK and Ireland and help implement global standards related to Sales Activation
  • Develop structured solution approaches, define success metrics, and analyze performance data related to Lead Management and Sales Activation
  • Work closely with Sales, Tech, Marketing, and Analytics teams
  • Act as a project manager and central coordinator
