Responsibilities

  • Brindar soporte a los sistemas y herramientas, asegurando su correcto funcionamiento y uso
  • Proporcionar visibilidad a la organización para la toma de decisiones relacionadas con el uso de recursos, mediante la administración y generación de reportes periódicos
  • Ofrecer retroalimentación a las áreas de Fuerza de Ventas, TI, Trade, Marketing y SFE sobre el desempeño y utilización del software/plataforma
  • Proporcionar y compartir información con la afiliada, incluyendo la gestión de procesos actuales y el manejo de datos (análisis y reportes)
  • Apoyar e implementar las estrategias, los procesos, los sistemas y las herramientas para optimizar la productividad del equipo de ventas
  • Garantizar la implementación del proceso SFE, el sistema y las herramientas del equipo de ventas
  • Gestionar los planes de incentivos, los bonos PEP y otros procesos que impactan la productividad del equipo de ventas
