Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of a change program strategy focusing on learning, enablement, stakeholder management, culture, communications, and adoption for Sales Excellence Offering initiatives
  • Help drive change management and training initiatives supporting Accenture sales priorities
  • Develop key deliverables for change management and training initiatives, including content for change strategies, asset development, training development and delivery, videos, job aids, communications, workshop design and delivery, user research, and discovery
  • Draft communication messaging across stakeholder and audience groups to promote knowledge, skills, leadership sponsorship, behaviors, and adoption of Sales Excellence initiatives
  • Update communication channels such as website pages, Viva Engage, articles, mailers, emails, and leadership presentations
  • Support a global communication strategy for audience segmentation based on rollout strategy
  • Work with stakeholders to gather data, analyze problems, discover insights, and create recommendations
  • Assist in coordination with Market Unit, MU Sales Excellence, and People Enablement Leadership to deploy key messages, conduct socialization, evaluate/monitor program processes, and identify mitigation strategies
  • Work closely with initiative teams to understand implementation activities and timelines for alignment
  • Assist with creating comprehensive training and enablement programs, including point-of-need learning solutions and instructor-led training aligned to audience skills and needs
  • Coordinate and execute training and enablement sessions, including with LMS, learning delivery team, and faculty procurement
  • Update content materials, working with SMEs
