Combine technical knowledge and sales skills to sell point of sale products
Be a product expert in one assigned cloud POS product and cross-train on additional POS products and integrations
Travel all over the US and Canada (~12 weeks a year), often on short notice and for extended stays
Develop and maintain consistent training materials
Test and evaluate new versions and updates prior to beta/general release, communicating potential problems to support/programming managers
Act as communication point and advocate between product and sales teams, representing sales revenue interests
Responsibilities
Provide technical training webinars for dealer and direct sales channels
Provide sales training on how to demo cloud POS products and highlight key features
Regularly maintain communication with Dealers through Dealer exchange forum and individual direct contact to monitor satisfaction
Assist, teach, and guide dealers and direct sales on cloud POS products via forums and helpdesk
Attend, set up, and work national trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to promote cloud products, including event planning and pre-staging terminals
Escalate and assist upper management on unresolved Level 1 or 2 support issues, overseeing resolution and internal escalation involving internal teams, end-users, Dealers, and vendors
Educate sales channels on technical functionality of cloud POS products
Assist sales teams with prospective and existing end-users for product demos and sales matters
Provide remote training on installation, utilization, and maximization of POS and related software (basic Level 1 and advanced features/integrations)
Drive business growth by training sellers on product features, understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and building/maintaining relationships
