Salary: $115K Location Type: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview

Dandy is revolutionizing the dental industry by integrating and simplifying practice functions through technology. We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our growing sales team. This role is crucial in tailoring Dandy's value proposition to potential clients by conducting product demonstrations, addressing technical inquiries, and providing in-depth knowledge of Dandy's offerings and the dental industry. The ideal candidate will be an expert in digital dentistry and stay current with industry trends to serve as a valuable resource for customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

  • Become an expert on Dandy’s product offerings, workflows, and the Dental industry.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for highly complex questions from prospective practices.
  • Collaborate with the Enablement team to educate Dandy sellers on current and future offerings.
  • Continuously challenge yourself and colleagues to be ambassadors for Dandy.
  • Understand the Dandy sales process and supporting methodologies.
  • Assist Account Executives in running product demonstrations for prospective practices.
  • Partner with Account Executives to deliver a tailored sales experience based on each practice's pain points and priorities.
  • Act as a champion for both Dandy and the doctors you interact with.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to learn about new Dandy offerings and how dentists can transform their practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within the Dental space; sales experience preferred.
  • A strong desire to learn the nuances of digital dentistry and teach customers to rethink their practice operations.
  • Proven ability to be a quick learner and adapt to a high-paced rate of change.
  • Skill in simplifying complex concepts for customers.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • BA/BS degree required.
