Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions on a national level
  • Assist Account Management Team and Sales leadership in developing business strategy to acquire new customers and contribute to costing/pricing
  • Assist in generating new business and ensuring growth of existing accounts
  • Design solutions meeting customer business applications, including protected circuit design, disaster recovery, and bandwidth for growth
  • Translate complex technical design requirements into understandable information for customers
  • Serve as national technical expert to review RFP responses for content and accuracy
  • Provide technical support for national events and technical trade shows
  • Participate in technology transfer training for new technologies in the Sales Engineering group
  • Develop, deliver, and run effective presentations, meetings, client interviews, and group workshops
  • Work with Comcast Business Network Engineering, Product Engineering, Product, and national engineering to gain intimate knowledge of products, processes, and procedures
  • Keep up to date on technological/market evolution and competitors' activities
  • Other duties as assigned
