Responsibilities

  • Perform needs analyses for the Company and its customers and produce strategic, cost-effective solutions
  • Provide timely, technical support and problem resolution for field service questions
  • Support Sales team with product modifications and engineering expertise for custom projects
  • Assist representatives and customers in evaluating and selecting products
  • Create, review, and execute product test plans and cases; document test progress and report results
  • Recommend products to meet customer needs
  • Provide specific product and/or technical knowledge, advice, and support to Sales Representatives and customers
  • Work collaboratively as a member of the sales team to market and sell product lines
  • Provide insight to customers on current network situations
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
