  • Bridge sales and product – Capture customer feedback and work closely with engineering and product teams to inform roadmap priorities
  • Develop technical sales collateral – Build documentation, FAQs, and guides to accelerate the sales cycle and improve the buyer experience
  • Optimize the sales process – Identify and implement best practices to increase efficiency and deal velocity
