Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in Sales Enablement or CRM-related roles in an international environment
  • Deep understanding of funnel management and sales operations and strong Salesforce.com experience (lead and opportunity management)
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Strong organization, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Adaptable to global time zones

Responsibilities

  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with CRM Operations and Sales teams to support funnel management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption of sales tools
  • Contribute to financial planning by aligning CRM tools with forecasting processes
  • Improve Salesforce.com adoption and sales effectiveness by partnering with technical and commercial teams to support funnel management, forecasting, and reporting, acting as a change agent in the organization
