Key responsibilities include building relationships with large employers (5,000-20,000 employees), identifying and closing opportunities, delivering presentations, collaborating with internal teams, maintaining sales forecasts, meeting sales goals, sharing market insights, and representing Color at industry events.
You'll work hand-in-hand with a comprehensive support team spanning Consultant Relations, Sales Development, Marketing, and Ecosystem Partnerships to unlock opportunities and accelerate deals.
We're looking for an experienced sales executive passionate about the challenge, even if not 100% qualified, who can lead the full sales cycle, build employer relationships, meet sales goals, and collaborate with teams in the large market employer segment.
