Responsibilities

  • Enhance market visibility through proactively engaging potential customers based on multi-channel approach, including cold calls, door-to-door visits, personalized emails, and social media
  • Respond to and follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner and deeply understand prospect's business needs, struggles, budget, and decision-making process
  • Schedule in-depth meetings to dig out our participation opportunity and go with sample evaluation to drive technical win
  • Convert technical win into commercial win through opportunity follow-up and both internal and external collaboration to achieve business goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in system (SFDC, Molecule 360, etc.)
  • Track critical metrics and continuously refine approach based on data-driven insights
