  • Previous experience in sales development or technical sales is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Improve market visibility by proactively engaging potential customers using a multi-channel approach, including cold calls, door-to-door visits, personalized emails, and social media
  • Respond to and follow up on inbound leads in a timely manner and deeply understand the prospect's business needs, struggles, budget, and decision-making process
  • Schedule in-depth meetings to uncover participation opportunities and drive technical win with sample evaluations
  • Convert technical wins into commercial successes through opportunity follow-up and both internal and external collaboration to achieve business goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in systems such as SFDC and Molecule 360
  • Track critical metrics and continuously refine approach based on data-driven insights
