Responsibilities

  • Own the Outreach Engine: Design and execute strategic, multi-channel outbound campaigns (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to initiate conversations with key decision-makers (C-Suite, VPs) at major healthcare systems
  • Become a Qualification Expert: Rapidly research, identify, and deeply qualify new business opportunities to ensure high-quality pipeline development for our Account Executive team
  • Conduct Pre-Call Intelligence: Move beyond generic calls by performing in-depth research on prospects and accounts to tailor your messaging and prove you’ve done your homework
  • Drive Momentum & Insight: Utilize Salesforce daily to meticulously track progress, manage follow-up cadences, and provide critical market feedback to the leadership team
  • Collaborate and Iterate: Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to constantly test new strategies, refine messaging, and participate in role-playing sessions that will sharpen your technique
