Responsibilities

  • Prospect specific businesses that fit the SMB Ideal Customer Profile through cold calling, emailing, and all available channels to connect with key decision-makers and spark interest
  • Connect with inbound leads to secure appointments for the Sales team, targeting 85 demos per month
  • Use questioning and listening skills to distill client needs, highlight common pain points, and champion Slang’s ability to improve staff efficiency, streamline restaurant operations, and deliver world-class guest experiences
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Account Executives, Partnerships, and Marketing, to ensure seamless prospect hand-offs and leverage unified messaging
  • Execute daily inputs with radical discipline (80+ calls per day, accurate CRM logging, outstanding first impressions), regardless of immediate results
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly appointment and pipeline quotas (85+ appointments per month), generating qualified pipeline and revenue
  • Utilize advanced sales technology to boost productivity and stay connected with prospects and team
  • Participate in occasional travel for conferences or company meetings
