Responsibilities

  • 100% Outbound Prospecting: Utilize phone, email, and social media to identify and engage with mid-market and enterprise accounts
  • Creative Engagement: Develop unique and engaging approaches to capture prospects' attention
  • Deep Account Research: Thoroughly investigate target accounts to personalize messaging and identify opportunities
  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Generate qualified leads that contribute to revenue through strategic outbound prospecting
  • Sales Methodologies: Leverage frameworks like Sandler, SPIN, and others to qualify leads and build conversations
  • Collaborate with AEs: Build strong partnerships with Account Executives through weekly 1x1s to seamlessly transition qualified leads
  • Time Management: Efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively and maintaining meticulous activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach
  • High Figure-It-Out Quotient (FIOQ): Solve problems creatively and take initiative to learn and adapt quickly
