Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of sales/business development or SDR experience
Complete professional fluency (written and spoken) in Spanish, French, and English
Consistent track record of attaining and exceeding personal/team goals and quotas
Proven prospecting and qualification experience within sales
Knowledge and experience in the IT industry; experience selling cybersecurity products to IT departments and management highly preferred
Ability to build strong client relationships over the phone, email, and LinkedIn
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), standard corporate productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite), strong email, and web search skills
Energetic, upbeat, and tenacious team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to speak Italian is a plus
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Outreach: Researching, identifying, and reaching out to target prospects using tools like Salesloft, Cognnism, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator via email, social media, and telephone
Lead Management: Contacting, qualifying, and managing incoming marketing leads from demand generation activities
Value Communication: Effectively and persuasively communicating the Entrust Data Security value proposition
Needs Analysis: Analysing customer data security needs and identifying opportunities for Entrust solutions
Collaboration: Working closely with Channel partners to generate leads and develop opportunities, and collaborating with sales and marketing to maximize prospect potential
Opportunity Support: Supporting the follow-up and closing of opportunities
Marketing Support: Contributing to and supporting regional marketing activities
Generating high-quality sales opportunities by working closely with external sales, marketing, and channel teams in Southern Europe and French-speaking Africa
