  • 2+ years of sales experience, handling inbound and outbound leads
  • Experience and Proficiency with popular CRM’s (Salesforce) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and events
  • Use Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline (BANT) methodology to determine the likelihood of purchase
  • Engage prospects through discovery phone and virtual calls and emails to uncover key buying signals and decision-making processes
  • Qualify leads, uncover needs, and route larger opportunities to sales (Prospection)
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and route sales (Lead Qualification)
  • Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn, CRM, and industry databases
  • Carry out inbound lead qualification from Marketing and Support leads to determine project needs
  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting and lead generation
