Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outbound methods
  • Schedule in-person meetings (or phone calls) for Land Acquisition Agents/Account Executives
  • Work closely with Land Acquisition Agents and Account Executives to ensure successful meeting hand-offs
  • Act as subject matter expert on homebuilding, providing prospects with reassurance about Homebound's unique position
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, demo requests, emails/calls, etc
  • Present Homebound’s value propositions clearly and concisely
  • Proactively identify potential prospects and find contact information using prospecting software
  • Diligently update Salesforce to keep CRM accurate
  • Maintain full knowledge of target prospect base and manage ongoing prospect pipeline
  • Report to sales leadership on metrics including outreach, connected calls, meetings scheduled, etc
