Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity (or ability to quickly become proficient) with sales tools: Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, Zoom Info, and outreach tools
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • Must be independent, self-motivated, and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Grit – positive, can-do attitude, and personal resilience to manage through change in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal background investigation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for SpecterOps inbound leads
  • Work with Regional Directors and Account Executives on outbound account targets and scheduling demos
  • Collaborate with Marketing to design and optimize outbound campaigns, using data insights to refine audience targeting, messaging, and outreach cadence
  • Qualify inbound lead flow: engage with lead, understand needs for either BloodHound Enterprise Standard or Basic
  • Timely and professional follow through for prospective customers to schedule demos and hand-offs to Account Executives / Sales Engineers
  • Collaborate with revenue marketing to develop and execute event lead campaigns
  • Develop and maintain a sales level understanding of SpecterOps product (BloodHound Enterprise), services, training, and market trends
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records in Salesforce by tracking all interaction and progress through the sales funnel
  • Provide metrics and status updates of all leads, demos and new pipelines added weekly to the sales team
  • Collaborate with our growing channel community to start qualifying those leads and the co-sell efforts
  • Responsible for scored and event lead reach out and demo scheduling
  • Maintain a sales-level working understanding of BloodHound Enterprise and the buyer personas
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales outreach, working closely with Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Account Managers and Growth Marketing (from MQL to SQL), and qualify inbound leads to schedule demos or technical scoping
  • Identify opportunities within a specific geography
