Responsibilities include conducting high-volume outbound outreach with 50–60 cold calls per day plus email, SMS, and LinkedIn, introducing Ernest’s offerings, qualifying prospects, building prospect lists, researching opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team.
Strong candidates have 1–2 years of outbound sales experience, comfort with high-volume cold calling, strong English communication skills, research abilities, and are self-motivated with excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
