Requirements

Candidates should have 1–3 years of SDR, Inside Sales, or Outbound Sales experience in a B2B environment, proven ability to research, prospect, and create outbound lead pipelines, strong written and verbal communication skills, experience using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and other sales enablement technologies, and a self-starter approach with a proactive attitude for building relationships and uncovering opportunities. Familiarity with education technology or experience selling in the education sector is a plus, and fluency in Turkish with professional proficiency in English is required, along with being based in Turkey and familiar with the local business and education landscape.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will prospect and research high-potential companies and organizations in the Turkish market, conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate interest in Cambly’s B2B offering, qualify leads through discovery conversations, book meetings for Account Executives, create engaging content on platforms like LinkedIn, participate in relevant events, and keep accurate records in the CRM while supporting pipeline visibility and forecasting.
