Requirements

  • One (1) or more years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets/quotas
  • Passionate, assertive, and confident with a never quit / get-it-done attitude (a "hunter")
  • Thrilled about the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of others
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email
  • Proven, creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or other CRM and email tools (a plus)
  • High EQ and the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts
  • Strong understanding of the sales process

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new leads through research and outbound prospecting
  • Run high-volume outbound cold outreaches to identify qualified opportunities and secure meetings
  • Represent the company’s products and services to potential customers
  • Learn about and document our target audiences’ challenges and understand their pain points
  • Research leads, start new relationships, and set up the sales team for success
  • Discover qualified opportunities through targeted outbound prospects and consistently help build the pipeline for the team
  • Act as the first line of communication with future customers
