Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internships or entry-level experience welcome)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to handle objections confidently
  • Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM/prospecting tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social channels
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and interest level
  • Schedule qualified meetings and live passes for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and organized activity tracking within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns and cadences
  • Research and identify potential prospects within assigned markets or verticals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and pipeline goals
  • Continuously learn about ACTIVE’s products, competitors, and market trends
