Required qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of applicable sales experience, in-depth knowledge of DON’s products and services, intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), strong analytical, organizational, communication, time management, and customer service skills, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
The role involves independent work with daily contact with internal departments, manager, customers, and external sources, active participation in pre-pack check-ins requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods, and travel throughout the territory.
A strong candidate has a Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of B2B foodservice sales experience and previous knowledge or experience with SAP, in addition to meeting the required qualifications.
