Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in commissions, order processing, sales operations, or related role managing large data sets for accuracy—preferably in a software or SaaS company
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for resolving issues efficiently
  • High proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with Salesforce and commission tools (e.g., Xactly, CaptivateIQ, Spiff) is a plus
  • Clear communication skills and a service-oriented approach to internal support
  • A process-driven mindset with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement
  • Ability to operate on the US West Coast shift
  • Based in Hyderabad

Responsibilities

  • Accurately calculate monthly and quarterly commission amounts based on sales data, adhering to agreed-upon deadlines
  • Create and maintain detailed reports on commission earnings and payouts, tracking exceptions and documenting processes
  • Maintain and improve the monthly data validation process
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies with swift resolution and proactive communication
  • Respond to inquiries from sales reps and management with professionalism and a problem-solving mindset
  • Ensure data integrity across Salesforce, NetSuite, any commission platforms, and reporting tools to support internal controls
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team during the monthly close to support accruals and variance analysis
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to ensure and enhance accurate recordkeeping and responsiveness
  • Support the Compensation and FP&A teams with incentive and policy modeling by effectively managing large data sets
  • Additional duties as assigned
