Sales Associate - Humaans

Our Sales team at Humaans is looking for motivated, independent individuals with high social intelligence, ambition, and a natural instinct for selling to help drive our growth. As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the initial point of contact, responsible for identifying and pursuing leads that will create exciting commercial opportunities. It’s an exciting time to join us as we already support hundreds of customers, including some of Europe’s top startups and scale-ups with global ambitions, and are now looking to scale our reach. In this role, you’ll need to build relationships with top leaders, executives, and decision-makers at some of the most innovative and forward-thinking companies in the world. Responsibilities

  • Grow the top of the sales funnel primarily through cold outbound approaches.
  • Take ownership of identifying and implementing the best strategies to create pipeline.
  • Manage a list of high-potential target accounts aligned with our growth objectives.
  • Utilize intuition to identify more ideal prospects.
  • Engage prospects across multiple channels, including email, phone, social media, and chat.
  • Master the product and effectively communicate its value, offering solutions that capture prospects' attention.
  • Provide valuable insights to help improve the product and address customer needs.

Requirements

  • A few years of working experience would be beneficial, but experience selling B2B SaaS is not required. Evidence of selling experience is desired (please detail in your application!).
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and listening skills, with a confident and energetic presence.
  • Demonstrated grit and perseverance – never taking “no” for an answer and finding creative ways to succeed.
  • Results-driven, constantly refining your approach and seeking better ways to achieve success.
  • Comfortable going beyond the desk to meet customers face-to-face and build strong relationships.
  • Adaptable and confident in cold outreach.
