Candidates should possess customer service and/or retail experience, demonstrating effective communication skills and the ability to apply product sales techniques. Flexibility with scheduling, including availability to work retail hours such as days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required, and a demonstrated ability to be a collaborative teammate and brand ambassador is preferred.
Responsibilities
The Sales Assistant will assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees, supporting various store departments by operating cash registers, managing incoming and outgoing goods, refilling products on the shop floor, and building visual displays. They will also recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets, utilize digital devices to connect online and offline sales, inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services, and improve their knowledge through training courses to stay updated on sales trends and NIKE’s culture.
