Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage all business development, sales, and marketing opportunities across Indonesia; build healthy pipeline and deliver intake and revenue vs. budget
  • Develop and deepen customer relationships, raise awareness of SPM’s products, deliver presentations, and create new business opportunities
  • Actively increase SPM’s market share and margin within applicable codes of conduct and business policies
  • Manage all aspects of aftermarket sales (parts, services, rental, and refurbishment)
  • Lead Lifecycle Services (LS) operations end-to-end: planning, field execution support, and service quality
  • Serve as the role model and “go-to” leader for service engineers; coach to elevate performance, morale, and safety while reducing disciplinary and other negative issues
  • Take the lead during emergencies and the FNCR process; ensure engineers are well-versed in scope, procedures, documentation, and billing (aligned with SPM’s FNCR procedure and LS service policy)
  • Coordinate spares ordering, repair machine time, logistics/transportation, and monitor equipment utilization
  • Partner closely with the Eastern Hemisphere General Manager on market strategy and pricing
  • Lead multi-party collaboration (Sales, Commercial, LS, Aftermarket) to develop and submit winning tender proposals
  • Work with Engineering to resolve field queries and customer technical issues
  • Drive disciplined follow-up on accounts receivable
  • Prepare and present periodic management reports (prospect list, intake, revenue vs. budget, P&L inputs, projected growth/forecast, etc.)
  • Demonstrate high commitment and alignment with SPM’s core values in all interactions
