Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Administration, or related field
  • 2+ years in sales support, admin, or operations roles
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Ability to multitask, work across teams, and handle time-sensitive requests

Responsibilities

  • Maintain CRM records (SFDC/Clari), ensuring data accuracy for pipeline and forecasting
  • Prepare standard reports and dashboards for leadership
  • Assist with quarter-end processes, backlog tracking, and exception handling
  • Generate quotes, configurations, and discount approval requests
  • Support deal registration and coordinate with partners on submissions
  • Help run sales campaigns/promotions and update progress in CRM
  • Track and follow up on partner/customer requests to ensure timely responses
  • Collect and organize POS, backlog, and inventory reports from distributors
  • Log and track E2Open exceptions and breakage reports
  • Support channel incentive/rebate program documentation
  • Consolidate channel data for weekly/monthly reporting
