Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
  • Analytical mindset, comfortable with reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene
  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, global environment
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns, events, and partner channels in Salesforce
  • Distribute leads promptly to the appropriate sales representatives or regional teams based on assignment rules and SLAs
  • Monitor lead follow-up activity and provide regular reports on response times and lead conversion
  • Maintain lead quality and data hygiene across the CRM
  • Support opportunity creation, account ownership updates, and territory alignment
  • Help implement and optimize workflows to improve sales efficiency and data accuracy
  • Coordinate with the Global Demand Center to ensure lead flow aligns with marketing campaigns and regional priorities
  • Help produce regular performance and forecast reports for leadership
  • Troubleshoot data and process issues as needed
  • Produce quotes as required
