Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or in a technical sales/marketing role with strong track record
  • Working experience with FPGA or ASIC is beneficial
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive and accountable approach
  • Ability to work effectively across regions and contribute to broader team goals

Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth transitions from design to revenue, collaborating with internal teams and distribution partners to deliver high-quality customer experience
  • Track performance and drive results, reporting progress against targets, and coordinating internally to secure support needed to meet customer requirements and sales goals
