Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a technically relevant field and have at least 4 years of relevant work experience in a technical project management, vendor management, or similar role. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and facilitation skills are essential, along with strong analytical abilities and an understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience in a SaaS or SaaS-focused role, knowledge of SaaS management platforms (SMPs) like Productiv, and experience creating and maintaining approved application catalogs are considered advantageous.

Responsibilities

The SaaS Operations Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of SaaS applications, including purchasing, onboarding, licensing, renewals, and off-boarding, ensuring optimal utilization, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. This role involves maintaining a system of record for all SaaS applications, monitoring adoption and spending, managing renewals and supplier relationships, and developing strategies for SaaS spend optimization. The manager will partner with stakeholders across various departments to evaluate and select new software solutions, ensure compliance with cybersecurity, data privacy, legal, and financial requirements, and implement processes for user license lifecycle management.
