Knowledge of technology trends across Data & Analytics and their application to real-world problems
Ability to interact with client stakeholders to understand Data & Analytics problems, priority use-cases, define problem statements, scope engagements, and drive projects to deliver value
Experience designing and guiding enterprise-wide Data & Analytics strategy, including Data & Analytics Architecture, Data on Cloud, Data Quality, Metadata, and Master Data strategy
Ability to establish frameworks for effective Data Governance across multi-speed implementations, including defining data ownership, standards, policies, and processes
Experience defining Data & Analytics operating models to manage data across organizations, ensuring Data Quality & Governance standards and roles for Data Stewards
Skills in benchmarking against global research and industry peers to recommend Data & Analytics solutions
Ability to conduct discovery workshops and design sessions to elicit Data & Analytics opportunities and client pain areas
Experience developing and driving Data Capability Maturity Assessments, Data & Analytics Operating Models, and Data Governance exercises
Fair understanding of data platform strategy for data on cloud migrations, big data technologies, large-scale data lakes, and DW on cloud solutions
Strong expertise and certification in Data & Analytics on Cloud platforms (Google, Azure, or AWS)
Ability to collaborate with business experts, consultants, and platform engineers

Responsibilities

Assess Data & Analytics potential and develop use cases to transform business
Envision and design customized, next-generation data and analytics products and services to shift clients to new business models
Assess impact to client’s technology landscape/architecture and formulate relevant guiding principles and platform components
Evaluate existing data and analytics products and frameworks and develop options for proposed solutions
Leverage knowledge of Data & Analytics trends to address client problems and opportunities
Design and guide development of enterprise-wide Data & Analytics strategy
Establish frameworks for effective Data Governance
Define Data & Analytics operating models and processes for data management
Benchmark against global research and peers to recommend solutions
Conduct discovery workshops and design sessions
Develop and drive Data Capability Maturity Assessments, Operating Models, and Data Governance exercises
Utilize expertise in cloud platforms for data strategies and migrations
Collaborate with stakeholders for business understanding and solution development
