Requirements

Postgraduate (M.B.A from premier B School), C.A. or C.P.A
4-8 years of experience in Finance and Accounts domain
Process expertise in Finance functions primarily Order to Cash (Cash Application, Collections, Deductions, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial close, General Ledger, etc.)
Awareness of end-to-end Order to Cash processes, typical pain points, and leading practices
Awareness of different Order to Cash tools and ability to discuss functionality and comparisons
Implementing and consulting experience on Finance Technology relevant projects
Implementation experience and knowledge of financial close tools like HighRadius, Rimilia, Serrala, Sidetrade, etc. (especially Blackline)
Certification in different OTC products/modules is an added advantage
Ability to design to-be processes and roles leveraging leading practices and enabling technologies
Knowledge of managing Process Transition, Knowledge Transfers & Process Reengineering
Knowledge of shared services operating model design and implementation including governance and service management
Knowledge of business case analysis
Knowledge of business architecture implementation activities
Ability to support sales pipeline including BDs and Proposals

Responsibilities

Support project delivery ensuring high quality within constraints of time and budget, including application design, blueprint, solutioning, modelling, proof-of-concept development, etc
Engage in client conversations, lead workshops, and present to client stakeholders in management reviews and steercos
Contribute to various aspects of finance transformation journey and assess project requirements and deliverables to identify the best solution for clients
Drive continuous improvement capability with regards to methodology, tools, practices, and maturity
Support Accenture's CFO EV practice in delivering Finance programs (primarily focused on process transformation across OTC including enabling technology)
Work with leading global clients on assessments, develop and execute system design, blueprinting, proof of concepts, data modeling, etc. in Finance technology solutions focused on Order to Cash
Support Project Delivery, drive sales pipeline, BDs, Demos, and Proposals
