Candidates must possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related Quantitative field. They should have 11-15 years of relevant experience, including proven experience in cross-sell/up-sell activities and hands-on experience with real-world evidence data, R&D clinical data, or digital marketing data. Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Spark, Tableau, and Power BI is required. Experience with datasets such as Komodo, RAVE, IQVIA, Truven, Optum, SHS, Specialty Pharmacy, and PSP, along with experience in building and deploying statistical models and machine learning (including segmentation, predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, multivariate statistical analysis, and time series techniques) is also necessary. The ability to leverage design thinking, business process optimization, and stakeholder management skills is considered a plus.
The Senior Manager will drive strategic initiatives, manage business transformations, and leverage industry expertise to create value-driven solutions within the Life Sciences domain. The Senior Manager will lead and manage teams to deliver transformative client projects, guide teams on analytical and AI methods, and manage client relationships to foster trust and build the Accenture brand. Additionally, they will drive consulting practice innovation and thought leadership, support strategies and operating models, assess implementation readiness, and execute transformational change plans by engaging stakeholders.
