Role Overview

This position will be responsible for the operational aspects of real world research studies. The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the successful execution of RWR studies through all phases of study conduct including start-up, execution, and closure activities. This role requires collaboration across multiple functions within Ontada, including Biostatistics, Clinical Data Services, and others as required by the study. This person must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support to real world research projects
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of study procedures and processes
  • Manage financials related to study operations
  • Conduct regular meetings with internal team members and external partners
  • Ensure timely delivery of quality data
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Critical Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working on large scale clinical trial projects
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities
  • Ability to take initiative and self-motivation
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Visio, and O365

Compensation and Benefits

We are proud to offer a competitive compensation package at McKesson as part of our Total Rewards. This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.

Base Pay Range: $82,100 - $136,800
